Ever wonder where your week actually went? Insights shows you, in a few quiet cards. It's all worked out on your device, with nothing sent anywhere. Open it from the navigation drawer.
Pick a period
Look at your time by:
- This week
- Last week
- This month
What Insights tells you
Insights surfaces the most interesting things about your schedule as cards, such as:
- Busiest day and lightest day in the period
- Longest free block: your biggest uninterrupted stretch
- Weekend load: how much you've scheduled on the weekend (or whether it's clear)
- Back-to-back meetings: runs of meetings with no gap
- Calendar breakdown: which calendar takes the largest share of your time
- Early starts and late nights: days that begin before 8 AM or run past 7 PM
- Meeting-free days: days with nothing scheduled
For the current and upcoming periods you'll also see forward-looking cards like tomorrow's preview, your heaviest upcoming day, and your next free block.
Private by design
All of this is calculated locally from your calendar data. Insights never uploads your schedule or sends analytics anywhere, in keeping with KashCal's privacy approach.
